I remember reading once that Japan has a shrine where the souls of foreign World War II dead are enshrined (not Yasukuni, but a different, nearby shrine). Am I remembering correctly and if so, what is the name of the shrine where the souls of foreign WWII dead are enshrined?

Google searches for Japanese WWII shrines turn up nothing but endless stories about Yasukuni. I remember reading that there are actually *two* shrines in Japan where the souls of WWII dead are interred: One for Japanese and those who fought for Japan, that is Yasukuni… And another separate shrine for foreigners, including Americans, British, Australians, etc. who fought against Japan.

Is this true? Am I remembering correctly?

If so, what is the name of this second shrine?
