wondering should i sign a contract being a dispatch (haken) employee.please help me

backgound
i am working for japanese company , actually quite big as a 大手企業.

i am a IT engineer.

but i feel i am underpay with 230,000/months and housing allowance 80,000\~100,000 (just first year)

So i am trying to hunting some new job.

An agency introduce a very very big company that looking a long-term employee to them.

and i pass , my new contract is \~6,000,000/year.

But the offer from agent

is a dispatch contract that renew every 3 months.

also not directly under that company, is below to the agency.

so i am very angry, is totally unacceptable.
because i am perm now, is too risky for me becasue i would be the one that cutted off easily.

But the agent said my team is a in-house department.

aslo i am not a “project-based” employee.

I will be in “business as usaul ” team.

also this company “business as usaul ” team haven’t laid off any contact dispatch employee before,

furthermore,so many employees who already became a regular-employee belong to the company.

Even you wont be a regular -employee belong to the company, you 3-months contract will always

continuely renew timelessly.

agent promised their agencts team already sent 40+ candidate to apply this job.but everybody failed.

my interview is the team manager (japanese) that belong to the company and some global team

from europ.

finished the interview they call me imimmediately that i have passed. that is vert unusaul for this company, never happened to them.

is hard to believe that is the turth, please give me some help.

thank you guy read all my story, all any missing, please tell me, i will fill the missing parts and details.
