6 Day Itinerary Check – Toyko + Day Trips

Hello! I [28M] will be traveling to Japan from 2/18 to 2/24 (coming off of a work trip in Taiwan so no jet lag) and was looking for some feedback on this itinerary. I’ve based a lot of it off of what I’ve already read from this sub + a couple of travel guide websites but I’d love to hear feedback about or if I’m missing something big since this will be my first visit. I’m not really into the gaming / anime side of the culture and am more interested in nature, history, and good views.

Based on what I’ve read here I was planning on booking a business hotel near Ueno station as a centralized area to jump off from. There are seemingly about 1000 of them so does anyone have specific recommendations for a hotel or alternative recommendations about where to stay in Toyko? Suggestions about something brief to do on the morning that I’m leaving are also very appreciated!
