  1. Jay had a very good g1 this year, a lot of drama was in all his matches

everyone besides chase had a chance of beating him because of him being undefeated in all his matches

  2. That match was just excellent

Great OKhan did himself a great service in that G1. Showed out well

  3. Yes! I loved this finish – great way to put over O’Khan’s grip strength but also Jay’s remarkable ability to counter moves to his advantage.

  4. Easily the best match of the blocks this year. Probably one of the best displays of O-Khan’s ability and Jay’s character.

  5. Jay is such a fantastic seller. Really great at telling a story with his body language.

I honestly expected GoK to pick up more wins and have more of a breakout run in the G1.

  6. Holy hell that’s a shit finish. My 10 year old could pull off a better “Claw”. His hand is obviously sliding around on his face all the time. He can’t decided if it’s on the jaw, or the forehead. Ugh! If it’s a “paralyzing” submission, why can Jay White get out of it 4-5 times in a row and hit his finisher while in it? The straight punch was great, but everything else was slow and sloppy.

  7. Kevin Kelly not great here, as usual. The way he calls the counter Blade Runner is like he just saw a pretty bird or something and pointed it out. Like he thinks it’s interesting, but nothing to get excited about. Come on, dude.

  8. Wow. That’s one of the best examples I’ve ever seen of stealing a win but putting the guy over in defeat. O-Khan looked like an absolute unbeatable monster that could beat Jay 6 nights out of the week — but Jay just outsmarted him in the last seconds to barely escape with a W.
