I don’t know if this question was answered here before, but I found different information about this online.
If I have the 14-day Japan Rail Pass for around 400 Bucks, am I able to use all the Metros/Trains in the Cities like Tokyo too? Or only the “big trains” like Shinkansen?

Only JR trains.
The JR pass works on all JR trains, including local.
Check because a lot of your local stuff is not JR.
