Primary question is basically in the title post…. With extra space, observation areas, free drinks….. is business class on the Hakata-Busan JR beetle ferry worth the splurge over economy class? Is economy class going to be uncomfortable at all or can you get up and walk around the ferry and take in the views easily for most of the ride either way?
It’s still not as expensive as flying with luggage after all.
Secondarily, is the price difference between tickets (best, good, prime) really just the difference in refundable amount? Seems steep price difference just form that.
Also, has the fuel surcharge always been that expensive???? It more than doubles the price of the cheaper tickets…

Currently also looking into the ferry compared to flying – just wondering with the immigration rules (is it really 24 hours before to apply for the blue screen) if anyone has any experience taking the ferry since the restart
