  1. Curry gravy prepared more-or-less by the box directions, with a can of crushed tomatoes and a couple of tsp each of Penzey’s Curry Now and Sweet Curry powder added. One pound of chicken thighs, and vegetables cut up an added by eye (I.E. not measured).
