I kept some of my Itinerary pretty chill (or at least i tried to) for Tokyo duration because I don’t want to make my stay feel like a chore for myself. Also while I am in Tokyo, I will be training at certain Martial Arts Dojos and I needed to carve some time out for that.

I will be visiting a friend in Chikuma. But it is unfamiliar to me, all I know is that it is in Nagano and the Snow Monkeys are nearby. I have still yet to decide if the Snow Monkeys are even worth it during April. My friend mentioned there were some ryokans + Onsens near him and I could check out the Snow Monkeys, but I would not know what else to do there

All my Accommodations are set already. I still need to buy a JR Rail Pass (7 Day), Buy a Pocket Wifi (I will do that at the airport) and maybe buy the Snow Monkey Park Pass? If there are any other things I need to be concerned about, please let me know!

As for further planning:

1. I was wondering if Gyms in Tokyo offered a 7-day membership or a day pass that I would be able to purchase? or is that really uncommon? I am looking to maybe just do barbell exercises 2-3x while i was there.
2. my mindset for Figuring out What I wanted to eat was basically just wing it and use google when i get hungry or even just follow my nose as i wander about. Is this a bad Idea? Do i need to invest more time into figuring out restaurants I would want to eat at?

But I just wanted to get your opinions on my plan so far. Is it actually too Packed? What should i cut or add to it? I am especially weary of the latter half of my plan, it seems pretty packed with all the travelling, but idk. Also, if I flew out at 4PM on the 25th (Assuming I get Up Early), Would I even have time to relax in an Onsen before I go? Or is that me being too Optimistic?

Thanks for taking a look at my plan and please tell me what you think!
