   保険証に自筆で記載してある住所が変更となったのですが、どうすればよいのですか？

   A.保険証裏面の住所の訂正は、自身で「住所欄」の住所を二重線で消し、「備考欄」の余白に新しい住所を記入してください。
   余白がなくなった場合はあらかじめ配布していますシールを貼り、記入してください。
   任意継続被保険者の方は健康保険組合から取り寄せてください。
