Electric Blanket

Its my first time to wash a electric blanket. Any tips on how I should wash it?

  1. Follow the instructions in the manual. Some are machine washable, some are hand washable, some aren’t even that. Without knowing what model you have we can’t give accurate advice.

  2. I was just about to buy one, then I bought a wool blanket instead. Cheaper, better quality and I don’t need to worry about timers or overheating etc. Plus the temp is now perfect, no aircon required. Best backflip I have done in a while..

  3. You are washing it so I assume it needs washed.

Personally I would never. I always keep mine under the sheets and I never touch it with my skin or clothes and it cannot even collect dust there.

And its always on a very low setting.

Is your manual in Japanese? Can you read it?

If not, maybe post a detailed picture so someone else can.
