I’m soon to have an interview with a Japanese company and the role would require me (European citizen) to relocate to Japan.
I have read the subreddit wiki and I have a few questions to them on how the on-boarding process would look like, e.g. paying for flights, temporary housing, but I was wondering if I could get input from you guys on what the most important things are that I should be concerned with. Stuff that I can ask them about before they draft an offer.
Appreciate any help or insight.

If you don’t speak Japanese language support for initial arrival paperwork is very helpful. When registering with the different cities there is basically no English support.
Do they offer to assist in finding housing accommodation? What about shipping things to Japan such as personal items.
Basic life stuff really, just think what costs and difficulties am I going to experience moving over seas to a country with a complex language, this should help you think of questions.
