1. I worked with a guy who sued for this very thing, won, and stayed working there, and is a festering pit of misery and complaints all the time. Its a lose/lose situation. Stick it to the man and then win the job you were able to barely tolerate is now even worse because everyone treats you even worse. And The Man forgets about it a few days later while you work there another 30 years.
