I managed to get the MEXT scholarship and will be moving to Osaka next April. Will be studying in Osaka University and I’ve been checking out some of the facilities that they offer. I’m really interested in Global Village’s Tsukumodai and Minoh Semba. Anyone living there that could give me some advice on how to apply? Is Minoh Semba just for people in language studies’ degrees? (Mine’s Civil engineering)
If someone know of other facilities for students, it is also appreciated.

I thought they had a dorm in Minami Senri. Really nice place. I was there in 2011.
I go to Osaka U right now, though I don’t live in the dorms.
Minoh is mostly for exchange students and those in foreign studies. Engineering is another campus.
