Proper way to order food at a stall if the food is numbered?

Say I am at a Crepe shop and all the different types of crepes are displayed on the wall and they just have numbers under them.

How do I properly ask for something like a number 3?

I know I can just point, but I would rather ask more politely.

You can probably just say what you normally would when ordering, but say３番 instead of the name of the food. So something like ３番をお願いします・３番をください.
