Hey everyone, I’ve been lurking the subreddit for a while and finally created a plan for a potential trip in May for me and 2 friends. I feel the plan below is a bit ambitious but we are all in our early 20s so I feel we will be somewhat capable with the walking but if the itinerary is too extreme let me know I don’t want to be completely rushing things, it is also both my friends first time on a long-haul flight so they may be pretty jet lagged.

Any general feedback would be appreciated! But I would also like some recommendations on a few undecided factors, for example day 5 I am planning for a day trip to either Enoshima or Nikko, which do you prefer more or maybe somewhere else? Also day 8 is quite flexible where we would visit Fushimi Inari in the morning but the rest of the day is free. I know Nara is a popular day trip from Kyoto but as we will already be seeing deer in Miyajima perhaps a different and less popular day trip from Kyoto would be good. Thanks everyone! 🙂
