Anyone have advice on how to win a UFO catcher game that has two claws/arms and has a plush doll lodged between two parallel bars on an angle?
It’s not the game where the doll is on top of two bars, but rather her head is being held upwards between the two bars with her body hanging below, as if she’s stuck there. Moreover, the claw is supposed to either push her down or move her to dislodge her massive head from the tiny space she’s enclosed in.

I used to go with my ex gf to game centers and she jokingly (I think) suggested dressing up in cosplay and begging/heckling the neckbeard arcade staff to put the UFO prize in an easier position.
I can’t really picture it in my head, seems like pushing it down would be better.
Not an expert though – I won like 3 things over 50 overall tries, but my approach would be trying to grab a tag/push something in a non-orthodox way

its just a lottery, every few pulls it actually holds and allows a win. Some are more skill based but even they have a countdown…the real trick is to harass the staff until they take pity on you
I’m not sure that particular one. But they’re often designed so that you need to play several times like 20 times. You need to keep nudging . But sometimes it goes into bad position so you’ll need to ask staff to reset the position. Sometimes they help you. Just don’t ask directly for help. But you could ask for tips. Big ones are more difficult than small ones.
I know that type of game. Look for YouTube videos of people doing it, but you will need to invest some money as you are trying to push the head. One side of the claw will be stronger. After a few tries, ask the people who work there for help. They always reposition it for me and give me advice.
my wife used to be real good and it and we have a whole cabinet of stuffed toys ( several Teds) but recently they seemed to have made it almost impossible to win… and she/ we stopped playing …. not fun anymore and a waste of money
