Cuz all the ones I tried had really weird words in them like „high-value of yen“ as the third vocabulary 😂 when would I ever use this man I feel like a lot of them are made to be able to read newspaper but I’m not really interested in that
Definitely won’t be talking about high-value of the yen anytime soon.
I started with the Genki vocabulary and did not regret it. It’s basically 1000+ extremely common words plus a few extra terms specific to university students and tourism in Japan that you can ignore.
This deck has the extra terms you can potentially ignore separated out in “additional vocabulary” and “useful expressions”. The rest is all essential vocab.
Lol I mean…all prebuilt decks will have one word or another that judt makes you scratch your head…you could always just read and pull words from the reading material…
