Couch Surfing in Japan’s countryside

Hi !
I know I put couch surfing in the title but it’s a bit different, I just don’t know the exact name of what I want to talk about.

So basically I live in Osaka right now, and I would like to visit the countryside for a week or 2 in my hollidays. To do that, I thought it could be great to be welcomed in someone’s house, and in exhange for that, I’d help them with chores, maybe farming work or this kind of thing.

Anyone knows how it could be done ?
Also might wanna add that my japanese is good enough so I’d get no communication problem.
