Has anyone ever had an issue logging into the Suica app? I messed up the password too many times so it’s telling me to reset the password. But no matter what I do, it tells me my name is incorrect when I try to reset the password. I’ve tried every romaji/katakana/hiragana version of my name I can think of.
Any advice? Wondering if I should just spend out my current balance and start over with a new account ..

I bricked a phone recently and can’t get my old account (with a balance of around ¥5,000) to work, despite knowing the account and password.
That app is wonky AF.
