Fly fishing community

Hi, are there any fly fishermen out there? A new season is coming, so it’s time to rise up. Maybe know of any fly fishing clubs? I’ve found some Japanese communities, but I’m not sure my language level is enough to communicate confidently and discuss specific topics. I live in Kanagawa and have been venturing out to the Hayagawa River area, Hakone lately. Would love to find a euro nymphing bro or dry flies buddy. Pretty fresh in fly fishing, but experienced in tenkara/reel styles.
