I met a TV producer in Tokyo by luck of staying in his air bnb. He took me and my wife to so many places in Tokyo, and I had monjayaki at a place called **REDACTED**.
Oh man! Not a common dish! There was one super dated restaurants in Kagoshima that had monjayaki. Was it more popular in the 80s? I was told it’s more popular in other areas of Japan.
