I found a giant one in one of the malls near Kyoto Station when I visited there. Made me jealous that we have nothing similar here in Kanagawa.
I mean, with such a vague question, it’s hard to know what you want? Yodobashi, for example, actually has a ton of art supplies if you’re not particularly picky.
Musashi in Yawata (near the Costco) [ [Google Map Link](https://goo.gl/maps/b95PUKZhiJirU2uN8) ] has an amazing variety of art supplies. Need some more colored glass and soldier for your home-made stained-glass windows, they’ve got you covered. Etc. Huge.
I love Kawachi in Hankyu Sanbangai in Umeda.

Kawachi in Shinsaibashi is good:

I’ll pipe in to also recommend Kawachi. They have a great selection of pens and markers for me.
I like Tools in Umeda station in Osaka. I also like Gasendo Kawaramachi Gojo Honten in Kyoto. They both have almost everything you need and then some.
