My mansion comes wired for JCOM internet piped into every flat with wired in every room. Are there any tricks for setting up the modem for better connection.
It’s 1 giga between 100 rooms and Teams is pixelated pretty badly even with just two or three cameras on, although audio and screen sharing is solid.

Have you done a speed test?
I do think it is directly usable. Atleast for my experience. As jcom is not used that much it will be very good for streaming services and browsing but not for any online games that is heavily dependent on lower ping. It will make any online game lag every 2-3 second. Again atleast to my experience. In speed test though it will appear that their ping is 15-20ms but in reality no. But download speed and upload speed would be good
