Some prawn and avocado sushi rolls I made during lockdown. I couldn’t get my hands on any fresh fish but had some frozen prawns in the freezer for emergencies. Gently poached in salted water. Also had some frozen dumplings and frozen edamame beans. Lockdown luxury!
