I’m going to go mainly with the classics – two oldest Japanese baseball stadiums:
**Hanshin Koshien Stadium** – home of the Hanshin Tigers and National High School Baseball Championship, which is inspired by the old Polo Grounds in NY and Wrigley Field
**Meiji Jingu Stadium** – home of Tokyo Yakult Swallows and probably most iconic stadium in Japan (and sadly due to be re-developed and replaced by modern baseball dome)
Of the newer stadiums – **Saitama Stadium** that hosts Urawa Red Diamonds and Japanese national stadium is a kind of nice soccer venue.
Definitely for baseball Meiji Jingu stadium which has Fenway Park vibes.
Also thought the Meiji Jingu stadium was great when I visited in 2019. A traditional old fashioned style stadium with a great atmosphere.
Managed to watch Japan v Bolivia at the Noevir Stadium in Kobe too. Thought as a newer modern stadium it was a bit unique compared to the standard bowls we get in the U.K.
