So, I’m trying to book for the Spring Study Trip to Japan for 2023 with GGN. I’m a bit nervous with the process, as I’ve read a lot that they take long to reply (1 – 3 business days, usually responding on the 3rd day). I’ve just submitted both the payment for the application and the application itself.
I’m worried because the deadline to submit the application is Friday, February 10th, 2023. They also mentioned that if payment isn’t received by the deadline that I won’t be able to make the trip – but I haven’t even received an option to pay in full early.
Has anyone booked one of their short term study trips (2 – 4 weeks) and can detail their experience? Additionally, does anyone know what the true deadline is for payment of the study trip?
