1. Lose a major war and you wind up losing territory/sovereignty.

   Japan’s only option now is to buy them….cause the ICJ would laugh in their faces.

   The REAL problem is that Japan’s politicians are NOT remotely serious about this issue and its just some crap they bring up to make it appear as if they are working and to fill newspaper space that COULD be filled with ACTUAL news.

   Just suck it up. Japan lost. You are lucky the Russians didnt get Hokkaido like they wanted.

   Spend our money on hospitals, education etc etc please!
