I have an induction stove that’s really sensitive and turns off when I use my small pans. Is there any way to change the settings or tips for getting past this?

Anyone here get custom cabinets and counters built in their kitchen? We have a basic cabinets that we got from a hardoff but they don’t really fit in our kitchen (too small) and have thought about getting some built but curious about the cost.
Yamanda denki near us has a little show room with a new sink, stove and cabinets from 700k to 1.2m. But idk about their build quality. They offer financing but I’m still not sure if they are good.
Long shot but does anyone know anything about Japanese wells? I have one on my property. It has water at the bottom but the attached faucet doesn’t work.
How do I go about fixing it? Who can I call to fix it for me?
