English Translation of Hirata Atsutane’s Senkyo ibun

I’m uncertain if this the appropriate place to post this question. If not I’d be quite happy to be redirected.

Does anyone know if there is an English translation of Hirata Atsutane’s Senkyo ibun (1822)? It’s a discourse about Tengu. There’s an academic book, “When Tengu Talk”, that talks about the text. But I’m wondering if there is a translation of the text itself.
