Good day dear people, I hope everyone is doing well. in June from 1-10 I will be in Japan. I made a mistake and got hotel for all days in Tokyo. I would still like to see Japan and get the JR EAST PASS. what would you see And how would you plan the 5 days? You have to remember that I always have to go back to Tokyo in the evenings.

Cna you not cancel the hotel? Its still a long time until that date.
You booked that far in advanced with no cancellation option?
Why would you take the train for hours daily to get up north to seemingly not even know what to do.
There is plenty of closer day trips with various other pass too.
