I have a question regarding international travel from Japan with ADHD meds (Concerta) to Germany. Is there anyone here who has traveled with meds from Japan to the EU/Germany and can give me some advise on the procedure?
I have checked the available information of the German Embassy and costumes office, but it is not very coherent. After calling the costumes office I ended up being even more confused, because they suddenly gave me a whole list of documents to obtain. BUT: If I understand the websites correctly, all you need to have is a multilingual document by your doctor, naming the drug, quantity, substance, how to take it and purpose. Has anyone here done this before or any idea where else I can check this information?
Additionally, do I need any documentation just for leaving Japan with the meds?
