Hello Everyone. I’ll be moving to Mobara City Next month as an English Teacher. Does anyone have any recommendations for a foreigner whose potentially moving to a small city in terms of which banks to use that side that are foreigner friendly as well as gyms, swimming facilities and how best to meet other foreigners that side. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
