Am I supposed to study the JLPT prep books one at a time or all together at once? Especially asking for sou matome. And if they’re one at a time, what order should I do them in?
I try to do them together. I think that its better to work on all of the skills together. In my opinion, working on one skill at a time isn’t the most conducive to learning.
I personally only did the sou matome grammar books after N4…vocab/reading I pulled from immersion and kanji I used an SRS app (iKanji)…as far as listening I pulled for the current JLPT level from an app called migii..,i also used migii for JLPT specific reading
I did it this way cuz (at least for me) I cant really learn kanji from books and vocab without context…but if you really want to use all books, then yes…all books daily….5 books a day would be ideal…if you cant then at least a book a day should be ok…depends on your time

Kanji make up vocab. Vocab is put into sentences to make grammar. Sentences join to make paragraphs for reading. And then listening.
