  1. Sounds good. Ospreay v Bailey should be great. Moose v Cobb could be a show stealer

  2. Event should be pretty cool. The matches announced so far seem to be pretty balanced to keep both promotions looking strong. I noticed that most of New Japan’s big stars aren’t mention as being there (Okada, Shingo, Naito, etc.), which makes sense given that the Sakura Genesis tour starts on April 1.

Curious that they mentioned that infamous Jeff Hardy v. Naito match at WK where Hardy showed up intoxicated/high but not Okada’s time in TNA.

  3. Also, for those that don’t want to read the full article, we’ve got:

Will Ospreay Vs. “Speedball” Mike Bailey (Singles Record 3-1 Ospreay)

Impact World Champion Josh Alexander Vs. KUSHIDA (First Time Match) no word on if the Title will be on the line.

Moose Vs. Jeff Cobb (Singles Record 2-1 Cobb)

Also confirmed: Impact X-Division Champion Trey Miguel, Bullet Club’s PWR Tag Team Champions Ace Austin & Chris Bey

    “Most of the Knockouts”

    Rocky Romero

    KENTA

    Minoru Suzuki

    Clark Connors

    Kevin Knight

NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Fred Rosser

  4. These cross promotion shows are awesome but it means increase in ppvs

The 3 matches announced should be really good and 2 of them have obvious winners right?

Cobb vs Moose seems like a toss up but moose is higher on the impact card compared to cobb on the njpw card right?

Interesting that the knockouts will be on the card but no mention of stardom sadly. A lot of knockouts have expressed wanting to wrestle stardom wrestlers and I think some stardom wrestlers have expressed interest in impact also.

Could have a iwgp womens match on the card but it probably won’t even be held by a stardom wrestler.

I know very little about impact but I’ve heard great things and Ace Bey became quick favourites of mine

  5. If only LA weren’t stupid expensive, I’d think about heading over to that.

Not sure if I’d go to this or the DDT show tho

  6. Hopefully this eventually ends up on World. I really have been hating the PPV system but I get it financially.

  7. For those who remember last [month’s](https://twitter.com/wrestlecon/status/1615497117165838336) [announcement](https://www.reddit.com/r/njpw/comments/10eqrmr/njpw_announces_wrestlemania_weekend_show_at/), yes this is taking the place of the Strong Style: Evolved branded NJPW show that was set to air on Highspots.

Also it [appears](https://twitter.com/wrestlecon/status/1623373709972017160) there may not have been great communication between NJPW and WrestleCon/Highspots about the change; especially because the NJPW article links to the Highspots site (which redirects to the WrestleCon site) that doesn’t mention this show at all. I do get some bad vibes from NJPW seemingly originally saying they were giving WrestleCon/Highspots the show on their service, only to apparently now be giving it to FITE instead (unless NJPW made a mistake in their article).
