Wow it’s really interesting to learn that even Japan had native indigenous cultures such as the Ainu in Hokkaido and Ryukyu on the southern most islands

1. Yea, they like many nations in the Pacific have indigenous peoples that aren’t the current majority inhabitants.

2. I would agree it’s very interesting.

   Despite the best efforts of the Japanese government, the Ainu are still around.

3. Also look up the Emishi and Hayato. These are also indigenous groups from Japan. Emishi from northern Honshu and Hayato from southern Kyushu.
