Hi all. I’m wondering what your experiences are applying for subsidies while building your homes are. For example, a few we are looking at:
* こどもエコすまい
* 低炭素住宅
* 東京ゼロエミ
There are some others that require some layout peculiarities, such as ensuring my living room floor is larger than my other floors, or something along those lines.
All of this extends the amount of time before my house is finished, since the application times for the certifications is counted in months.
Anyone had experience with these subsidies? Did it end up being worth the effort?
