In terms of free resources: Tae Kim’s grammar guide, AJATT, Tofugu.com. genki is pretty much the standard in terms of text books but there’s also japanese from zero and minna no nihongo.
Cure Dolly’s videos on YouTube are very helpful for starting out with Japanese grammar.
If you’re looking for a good online grammar resource, bunpro.jp is an amazing resource and the premium account is not necessary. You actually don’t even need an account to access their grammar explanations, but you should sign up anyway.
