RResidents in Japan

I’m interested in buying the Samsung neo g8 monitor but will it be available in Japan?

I know Japan does not like Samsung products but will this affect the release?

As a side note, I’ve noticed Japan does not like pre ordering overall compared to overseas, is there a reason for this?

  2. AFAIK Samsung doesn’t sell any monitors or TVs in Japan. You’d have to import it.

  4. I’m not sure but maybe relevant: I bought a curved ultrawide gaming monitor for half the price of what it goes here, and by the time I paid shipping and customs it was almost the same price and I had to wait two weeks

    I think I could have flown to South Korea and carried it back for less or at least gotten a free weekend trip for the difference
