  1. If you have the chance, try eating negitoro with a small pinch of salt instead of the usual soy sauce. I learnt this at a famous chain conveyor belt sushi place, and the change up was really quite refreshing.

  2. it could be from toro, chopped and mixed with kewpie mayo and little Toragashi powder (western style) mixed with some light teriyaki (Japanese style)
