I’m interested to hear what you think Japanese people get wrong about Western people, due to lack of contact, or due to things like misrepresentation in Hollywood, for example.

All of Gaikoku is the same, and it’s all America.
Based on Japanese media, black/brown people are incapable of having character traits beyond being black/brown.
This isn’t limited to just Japanese people, but I hear lots of foreigners say they’re afraid of visiting the US as if someone’s going to gun them down on any given street.
I mean don’t get me wrong, the US has a gun problem and I am definitely of the opinion that it needs to be regulated but I’ve never even held a gun in my life. And I’m from Texas.
Fuck the NRA though
That everyone everywhere is wearing their shoes in the house
Americans subsist on only hamburgers and every American has a gun.
