I have a couple of time been woken up by a car browsing my neighborhood. Is has a quite loud children-like melody playing while a ladies voice is talking something.
The issue is that it is at 8 in the morning on Saturdays…
Does anyone have any idea what it is?
I live near Yagoto, Nagoya.

Perhaps a kerosene truck? Unfortunately can’t link videos in this sub, but search “クリーン灯油 名古屋市某所にて” in Youtube for a sample (at about 50s into the video)
It’s probably a safety announcement reminding drivers not to mow down children in crosswalks as they head to school.
