I’m not sure if this post would make sense, but I’m really anxious about using my Mercard because I don’t know how to pay the payment debt used in my Mercard. It also suggested to me to pay them at any convenient store/ATM, but I really don’t know how since my Japanese is very limited. Is there a way for me to pay my Mercard debt?

What I do is just add money to my account by depositing in an 7-11 ATM. Just go to the app, select to charge through a combini ATM: scan code, type passcode and put the money. Easy, fast and no fees.
Then before the debt deadline, pay it with the money from your account.
