As far as I know the EV subsidy program runs one financial year at a time, starting April and ending when funding is exhausted. The FY22 program will officially end in March, but most likely a very similar program will start in April. I bought an electric car a few years ago, I placed the order in April and the new subsidies had been announced a few weeks prior. There’s all sorts of timing requirements so make sure you’ll be entitled to full subsidies before placing an order
