Hello all!
I am looking for some feedback for my 12 day trip to Tokyo and Kyoto in early April. For some context:
* This will be mine and my husband’s third trip to Japan, however we are bringing our daughter for the first time and some friends so our group will consist of: me, my husband, our friend, my cousin and her husband, my daughter (5 yrs) and my niece (3 yrs). A total of 7. This will be a more kid-centric trip.
* We have booked AirBnBs in both Tokyo and Kyoto. We will have the Tokyo AirBnB booked the whole time we are in Japan.
* My cousin, her husband and niece are vegan so we are planning on separating during meal times since we are not. Breaking up our group will also help with seating due to our large party size.

* Check into AirBnB – we are staying in Suginami City off of Shinkoenji St.

**Day 5 – Sun – Travel to KYOTO**
* Check into AirBnB – staying in the Minami Ward

* Osaka in evening
**Day 7 – Tues – KYOTO**
* Fushimi Inari
* Arashiyama District

**Day 8 – Wed – Travel back to TOKYO**
* Check back into same AirBnB in Suganami City
* Explore AKIHABARA
**Day 9 – Thurs – TOKYO**

* Art Aquarium Museum – *tickets needed*
**Day 10 – Friday – TOKYO**
* 10am entry – TeamLab Planets Tokyo (tickets already purchased)
* Unko Poop Museum – *tickets needed*
**Day 11 – Sat, April 15 – TOKYO**

Questions:
* Considering we have 2 kids and will be walking around a lot, we will be bringing compact strollers for both of them. What do people do in cases where strollers aren’t ideal like Fushimi Inari? Is stroller parking a thing there?
* How far in advance should I buy tickets or make reservations for some of the places mentioned above?
* Are any of the days too packed with things to do? This is part of the reason I left the last Sat and Sun open.
* We’d like to also book a tea ceremony. Any family-friendly places to book this?
* Anything you would suggest to add to our itinerary? Especially something that a 5 yr old and 3 yr old would enjoy? And just any other general advice for this type of trip?
