I was wondering if there was some sort of app or program that allows you to read things with a mix of English and Japanese.
Something that allows you to enter words that you know in Japanese, replacing the ones in English.
I feel like it would also be cool if it was in the same sentence structure as it would be in Japanese.

This sounds like a cool idea at first, but you learn words through context, and mixing Japanese words with English context is going to give you a bad understanding of those words. It’d be better to read something that is already in Japanese, look up the definition of every word, and translate it in your head.
