[Ramen Bros](https://youtu.be/yJ3VS7JFpHQ) is a ramen shop near Nagoya that dedicates itself to new and creative recipes, as well as ingredients that aren’t used that often in the ramen world. This can easily be seen by looking at the menu, which features quite a few surprising and rare ramen items.
One of the main items on the menu at Ramen Bros are their Kaishiosoba, which features a double soup of Nagoya Cochin chicken and shellfish. The other main item is their Gyushoyusoba, which is a is a Nagoya Cochin chicken base broth, infused with the flavor of beef, by preparing their grandiose beef chashu in the broth. Additionally, you will find flavored beef fat sprinkled all over the top of your bowl, which makes it really rich and fragrant. This is the bowl you are looking at in this video.
I was really lucky with the lighting on this day, creating the probably most beautiful noodle pull (check? lift? pick-up?) I have ever done and recorded.
If you would like to see a bit more of Ramen Bros and this bowl of ramen, check out this short video: [https://youtu.be/yJ3VS7JFpHQ](https://youtu.be/yJ3VS7JFpHQ)
