綺麗 is supposedly atamadaka, and you can hear it as atamadaka on [forvo](https://forvo.com/word/綺麗/#ja), so why do I always hear it as heiban in [speech](https://youtu.be/RsErzS9IeoY?t=580)?
It can be very difficult for inexperienced listeners to recognize pitch accents correctly. The example you gave clearly sounds like atamadaka to me.
The guy in the video you posted consistently pronounces it atamadaka…?
He’s from Okinawa, anyway, though the first 3 examples in the footage sound (2)/nakadaka and the last one (1)/atamadaka to me. に after きれい is lower than れ.
