Japanese book/e-book to buy

I wonder what kind of japanese book to buy. i had one like “minna no nihonggo” but it looks like a book to quickly convey and accustom foreigners to japanese tradition. I want something close to a school book for second or so elementary school grade, yet something that even i can understand (N5) and can be translated so i can reference to english. Is there no such book/e-book? no manga/LN/WN/Anime/Doujin please.
