From what I’ve seen online, it seems like the customary thing to do about drinking water is to just buy a new water bottle from a vending machine if you finish one, or to just carry one plastic water bottle around with you everywhere you go until it gets too crumpled to use. However, I get dehydrated really easily for a number of reasons. Is there anywhere that I can get a reusable water bottle for cheap in Tokyo? I tried Don Quijote in Shibuya and the water bottle I saw there was kind of pricey, but if that’s my best bet, then I’ll just try to budget enough for it.

Any bottle is fine, go to Yodobashi or similar store to find a bottle that you like. I like Thermos bottles, but usually I use one from Starbucks.
I got my water bottle from Muji for 990yen. There’s a cheaper one going for 190yen as well.
As mentioned before, you can use the mymizu app to find locations to refill water. Additionally, Muji stores have water refill stations for anyone to use. You don’t have to use a Muji bottle for it.
Consider a cycling water bottle [such as this](https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B09M7N4KQP) . The valve can be opened with your mouth when you drink, so easy to use with one hand. Just stay away from the “Camelback” brand; they are difficult to clean.
Sports / Camping stores have large ranges of water bottles. We’ve got a whole cupboard full of them, from 500mm to 4ltrs.
Daiso has some cheap ones
