Is there is social research or ethnographic literature regarding the impact of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami?

I’m wondering what kind of work has been done by scholars, writers, or artists to understand the cultural impacts (government response, economic, humanitarian, etc.) of the disaster. I’d like to learn more about the country post-event, as it’s something I often see reference to through symbols and discourse in Japanese media.
